Hello, I'm Dessa, a freelance graphic designer. I enjoy telling stories through imagery. My ikigai, or reason for getting up every morning is to help other fellow humans say what they need to in a unique way, it is through co-creation with clients that I make my best work.
I specialize in hand drawn logos, helping brands discover their visual identity and exploring visual communication through color, typography and form.
I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2019 with a bachelor's in fine art where I explored graphic design, painting, installation and sculpture. I received my master of science in 2022 from La Sapienza University of Rome in product and service design where I learned to design apps, websites and services.
